A graduate from the University of California San Francisco with honors, Dr. Oushy is a compassionate, kind, and artistic dentist who believes in whole body health care approach to dentistry. Dr. Oushy is a Certified Biological dentist with the IABDM and also just completed her accreditation with the IAOMT, she also holds a Masters in Public Health from New Mexico State University. Dr. Oushy is very passionate about taking continuing education courses to keep up with advancements in dentistry and also the important connection between our oral health and overall wellbeing, Dr.Oushy is always attending numerous continuing education courses in the field of Biological dentistry, laser therapy, Airway- centered dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry and Invisalign®
Dr. Oushy is proudly the only dentist in El Paso and southern New Mexico to be SMART (Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique) certified by the IAOMT, Accredited as a Biological dentist by the IAOMT and certified with the IABDM. She always seeks the safest and least toxic ways to take care of her patients. When she is not with patients, Dr. Oushy is probably spending time with her husband and her twin daughters. She loves to cook, travel and do fun projects with her girls.

Vanessa comes from a family of dentists and has been in the dental field for more than 5 years. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. With her unique blend of administrative expertise and a strong healthcare background, Vanessa is instrumental in-patient care coordination while also supporting our clinical team in delivering high-quality dental services.
Her solid foundation in healthcare, combined with her experience in dental office administration, allows Vanessa to anticipate patient needs, manage office workflows efficiently, and ensure that the patient experience is both seamless and positive. She is dedicated to continuing her education, staying current with the latest trends in dental office administration, and striving to improve patient satisfaction at Santa Teresa Smiles.
When she is not in the office, Vanessa is dedicated to her family. She enjoys cooking and cherishes the time spent helping her son and daughter with their extracurricular activities and school projects. Her greatest joy comes from seeing the smiles on the faces of those around her.
Isabela is our amazing scheduling coordinator and the first person to greet you as you enter our office. she is such a delightful person with a warm smile. With an educational background in Information Technology and Network Engineering, Isabela brings a blend of technical skills and sincere passion for genuine patient care. Isabela takes pride in working closely with our patients, helping them to understand our services and procedures on a personal level, and ensuring that their experience is positive and met with efficiency, compassion, and empathy.
In her free time, she’s dedicated to continuing her education and enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs!
Diana has been in the dental field for over 8 years and is passionate about her work, her patients, and providing the highest quality of care. She loves to make her patients feel comfortable and confident in the care she and Dr. Oushy are providing during dental treatment. Diana is proud of being born and raised in Colombia. In her spare time Diana likes to spend quality time with her family, read, and travel the world.
Cindy graduated from New Mexico State graduate, from the dental assistant program last year and is always eager to learn. She is very passionate about our biological, whole health approach to dentistry and enjoys talking to patients. Her goal is to make them feel greeted and always has patient comfort in mind to perform high quality care.
Cindy spends most of her time with her family and loves to go on road trips or travel the world.
Nikki has been working in the dental field for 22 years. She loves taking care of our patients, getting to know them and making sure that every patient she sees is met with comfort and compassion
Nikki was born and raised in El Paso, Tx and spends her free time with her husband and their 12 year old son.
Susana has worked as a dental hygienist for the past 10 years, she has also provided service to patients as a myofunctional therapist for the last 7 years..
She received her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from New Mexico State University in 2012 and her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of New Mexico 2013. Throughout her career she has served patients of all ages with experience in pediatric and family practice. She recently became a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology (IAOMT) and continues to work to expand her knowledge in biological dental hygiene.
Susana graduated from the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy in 2014. She then completed advanced education in orofacial myofunctional disorders and participated in an internship with an industry leading orofacial myologist. Susana began her private myofunctional therapy practice in 2015 where she focuses on helping adults and children who have been diagnosed with breathing and or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ), and other muscle function disorders.
She not only brings a love of her job to work every day, but she also has a personality that makes everyone around her happier. She enjoys spending her free time in Las Cruces with her husband and four beautiful girls.
